How do I get a refund for a book I’ve ordered?

All Bennett Media & Marketing’s book orders are non-refundable. For books with poor print quality, we will work with you to have those copies replaced. You have 45 business days, upon receiving your order, to report any quality or quantity issues to our Book Sales Department.
