What happens if there are complications with my book order?

Bennett Media & Marketing will not be held liable for any delays, loss, or damage caused while the book is in transit. All book orders will be delivered within a reasonable time after Bennett Media & Marketing receives your order and your full payment.

Shipping shall be FOB (free on board) shipping point, and you must pay all applicable shipping, handling, or custom fees associated with your purchase.
